This system is used for projects where various thick, pastry products (like butter, margarine etc.) need conditioning/softening before they are fed into the filling unit.
It is a mobile unit that employs double helical screws having an adjustable speed for the product processing.
Once the product is ready for filling, a propulsive pump “pushes” it towards the filling unit pressure tank. The pressure tank on the filler uses the required product and sends back the excess using a bypass piping connection.
The unit is mobile with a tank capacity of 150kg of product.
